Jewelry workshop in Berlin: wax model and silver casting

Hey! Would you like to make your own ring? Come to my fun and interactive 3-hour workshop and create your unique piece of jewelry! 

What can you expect at our jewelry workshop in Berlin?

We dive into the art of wax modeling, where you can design your jewelry directly in wax. You can start from scratch, bring a mood board, or choose one of the three special YCCIJ workshop rings I've designed especially for this event.

At the end of the workshop, your wax model will be sent to be cast in sterling silver. If you'd rather have gold, just let me know. The finished ring will be ready for collection in about 3 weeks, then you can either drop by or I'll send it to you.

During the workshop, you will learn how to carve a ring out of solid wax and work with goldsmith tools and the traditional technique of melting wax. At the end of the workshop, you will not only have a piece of jewelry designed and manufactured by yourself, but also an understanding of the jewelry manufacturing process, in particular the waxing technique. 

Who is the jewelry workshop in Berlin suitable for?

Perfect for beginners — don't worry if you've never done this before. I'll show you how to carve and texture your design in my cozy studio. The workshop takes place in a private atmosphere with a maximum of 6 people per session and I am looking forward to creating something great with you!
