About this class
In the vegetarian cooking class at cookingberlin, you travel around the world in culinary terms — with dishes that show how varied and satisfying vegetables can be.
You'll learn how to skillfully process fresh ingredients and use them to create creative starters, soups, main courses and intermediate courses — all without meat. The menu includes falafel with bulgur, baked root vegetables, quiche variations, Spanish tapas, Swiss rösti or pasta sauces with lots of flavor.
The course lasts three hours, a cooking apron is provided and all ingredients and drinks are included. You take the recipes home and cook them straight away — ideal for anyone who wants to enjoy vegetarian food without sacrificing variety.
