About this class

In our workshop, you will learn the casting technique with Jesmonite in a fun and easy way. This is a gypsum-like, environmentally friendly composite material that can be colored and cast into molds.

The terrazzo technique is special: Colourful Jesmonite confetti are stirred into the mass and sanded at the end. This creates the typical terrazzo look just the way you want it.

We pour into silicone molds and choose from coasters, oval bowls and candle holders.

What you’ll do in the class

With a few tips and tricks on the process, you can create your own terrazzo work and process it with lots of manual work. To make your terrazzo confetti really stand out, you still have to sand and polish it. You can choose between oval decorative bowls, candle holders or coasters for glasses, flowers or your home.
