About this class
What you’ll do in the class
In this self-care workshop, you will learn how essential oils work on body and mind — and how you can use them specifically for relaxation, energy or a good mood. After an introduction to the basics of aromatherapy, you'll make your own fragrance blends and natural cosmetic products.
This is what you take home:
1 x 50 ml room spray
1 x 10 ml roll-on
1 glass of sugar scrub (scrub) with your individual oil blend
