How is our sushi cooking class in Meerbusch going?
Our experienced sushi master will show you all the steps to cook sushi rice perfectly, prepare fresh ingredients and create a variety of sushi. You'll also learn how to properly use the right amount of wasabi and soy sauce to achieve the perfect balance of flavors. The quality of the food is absolutely paramount here. The fish comes directly from France, salmon Label Rouge from Scotland, vegetables and fruit are delivered by a selected organic supplier from the region. You will learn the difference between traditional “fake” wasabi and hand-grated fresh wasabi from Japan.
Depending on the arrangement, the course takes around four to five hours and includes all the materials you need to make sushi, as well as a selection of drinks.
