Class description

If you can make cabbage rolls or apple strudel, you can also make Asian “rolls.” This does not require manual dexterity.

We will prepare the following:

  • a rolled Japanese omelet in a pan
  • a sushi roll rolled with fish and vegetables (thick and thin)
  • an inverted seaweed roll

Our ingredients: The Berlindaisuki cooking school values high quality and authenticity. This applies in particular to our ingredients and spices:

  • Japonica rice (Koshihikari, Hitomebore)
  • salmon (sake)
  • tuna (Tekka)
  • Surimi Avocado Cucumber (Kyuuri)
  • seaweed (nori)
  • omelet (tamago)
  • Pickled vegetables (oshinko)

How does this activity work?

After the welcome, we will focus on the ingredients. The right selection of fish and rice is crucial for success and taste. That's when the most exciting part begins: After filleting the fish and cooking the original Japanese rice (japonica), we select the appropriate ingredients together. Then we start preparing maki.

At the end of the course, we will taste the delicacies prepared together in a friendly atmosphere.

Who should definitely take part?

Cook together, respectfully and delightfully. Experience a culinary cooking event in our wonderful kitchen studio, among like-minded people and friends.
The cooking course program is particularly varied and offers unforgettable, entertaining hours. ,
