Tapas selection:
- Plantain cookies with chilli cream & bacon powder
- Marinated olives, zucchini, mini tomatoes
- Sheep cheese balls in pepper on cucumber with fig mustard
- Prawns on brown bread with avocado cream
- baked dates wrapped in bacon
- Gazpacho Andaluz
- Baked sardines
Main course: paella with chicken & sea bream fillet
Dessert: caramel cream & port wine melon
What you’ll do in the class
- Welcome with a glass of sparkling wine and presentation of the menu
- Introduction to Spanish Cuisine
- Preparation of various tapas, paella and desserts together
- Serve and enjoy the creations together, including wine accompaniment
- We are happy to serve an espresso for dessert
