About this class
Our syrup making workshop teaches you the skills to create your own syrups to make refreshing lemonades and iced teas. We start with a delicious homemade lemonade or iced tea to give you an insight into our world of syrup and get started right away.
We'll show you how to process the ingredients and cook and preserve the syrup and what a variety of flavors are possible. You can choose whether you prefer iced tea or lemonade and whether you prefer it sweet or spicy. We will also discuss which ingredients do not belong in your syrups.
During the workshop, you will have the opportunity to develop and try out your own creations. We'll also show you how to use the syrup in various recipes and use it to create amazing cocktails, mocktails and other drinks
The process:
- Short theoretical lesson, equipment and ingredients
- Define your favorite syrups and course expectations
- Everyone mixes their own 2 syrups that you can take home
