About this class
Dive into a special retreat. A day for yourself, surrounded by nature in the Grunewald. Surrounded by forest, light and silence, you get back to your roots. After forest bathing, we eat together and enjoy a gong meditation in the Nivata yoga room.
With the help of mindfulness exercises, you will learn to relax deeply. During Shinrin Yoku, as forest bathing is called in Japan, you inhale the neurotransmitters of the trees. The so-called terpenes have a strengthening effect on your immune system.
Together we dive into the peace of the forest and let the soul vibrate in the sound of the gong.
Forest bathing connects you with the earth — the voice with your heart — and the gong carries you into wide spaces of silence.
Root & Resonance is a retreat for the senses and a gentle way to find your way back. To your roots. To your sound. To yourself. We are happy to accompany you on your journey.
