What is behind the Ramen and Gyoza Workshop in St. Gabriel?
Workshop and culinary evening dedicated to the preparation of ramen and everything that goes with it. As a starter/snack, we will prepare gyoza, then it will be time to cook taren, broths and toppings. At the end, a delicious menu awaits us, which we will enjoy together.
How will the workshop work?
We start the evening with a glass of sake spritz and a related snack or a brief overview of the dishes. That's when we start preparing the food.
We will make gyoza ourselves and make two broths (one with meat and one vegetarian). As a topping, in addition to various vegetables and mushrooms, we will prepare rolled pork belly (chashu) and ni-tamage (eggs). We will also make two taren (seasoning sauce) and fresh ramen noodles.
When everything is ready, everyone can prepare their own ramen and then eat together comfortably. Here everyone can decide for themselves whether they want to eat vegetarian or with meat.
This workshop is a culinary evening where we cook together, learn something, prepare delicious food and eat it. We will cook at a medium/high level in a way that everyone can join in and also take something new with them.

The workshop includes a rental apron, all ingredients, alcoholic (beer, wine) and non-alcoholic drinks and the recipes as a PDF for download. We use organic products wherever possible.
