During an intensive week, you will be visited by experienced instructors who will train you in the theory and practice of making pizza. What you’ll do in the class
- The course lasts one week, Monday to Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
- Practical exercises in a fully equipped professional kitchen

- Make, bake and taste your own pizzas
