Class description

Discover the art of making chocolates with autumn ingredients! In this special chocolate course in Vienna, you will work with high-quality, seasonal products such as plums, nuts, wine and pumpkins. You'll learn everything from making unusual fillings to coating and decorating your chocolates. At the end of the course, you will take home around 60 handmade chocolates worth €80, --. Please bring suitable boxes for this. Look forward to six hours of enjoyment and creativity as you learn the fine art of making chocolates.


Please bring the following to the course:

  • A small midday snack — if you want
  • 1 small towel
  • 2 tea towels
  • Apron or work coat or clothing that may get dirty
  • If you have long hair, please use a headband
  • Flat boxes to transport the chocolates
  • On particularly warm days, possibly cold packs
  • Jacket due to low room temperature
