Class description

In this special chocolate workshop in Vienna, you will learn how to make sophisticated cut chocolates. The course is spread over two half days, as the chocolates need time to rest. We work with both chocolate frames and alternative methods so that you can also implement the techniques at home. You will cover the chocolates with the finest Belgian chocolate coating and decorate them creatively.

Look forward to a varied tasting session and take home around 60 chocolates worth around 80€ — you should bring flat boxes for that. Perfect for anyone who wants to deepen the craft of making chocolates.

Please bring the following to the course:

  • Small midday snack — if you want
  • 1 small towel
  • 2 tea towels
  • Apron or work coat or clothing that may get dirty
  • If you have long hair, please use a headband
  • Flat boxes to transport the chocolates
  • On particularly warm days, possibly cold packs
  • Jacket due to low room temperature

  • Working with chocolate frames and alternatives
