Where does the Visible Mending course take place in Leipzig?
The 2.5-hour course takes place in the cozy creative café Feenhandwerk. Immerse yourself in a lovely atmosphere and treat yourself to a short break in the middle of Leipzig-Gohlis.

What is included in the class?
- 1 frame in the size of 20 cm
- 1 key or sword to embroider
- fabric
- embroidery thread in various colors
- All necessary tools, such as needles and scissors

What you’ll do in the class
You arrive and get to know other nice ladies. There are coffee specialties, prosecco, juices and much more.
You pick out a fabric and then the four-colored yarns are on the table. Next, you come up with a motif or simply stick with it as you feel. I'll show you all the important techniques you need to create a beautiful work of art. So that you can also conjure up other visible mending projects at home. Based on many examples, you will then choose a few additional techniques that you would like to learn.
Depending on how fast you are, you can complete your work of art during the workshop. But if you would rather do in peace and leisurely embroider, I will pack your desired pearls for you and you will go home with all the new knowledge you have acquired about the new techniques.
Who is the class suitable for?
Whether you're a beginner or an advanced learner, anyone with patience and a passion for crafting goes home with a wonderful piece of art. If you don't finish, you can come back anytime during opening hours, or you can take the material home to complete it there... you'll definitely get the knowledge and skills in 2.5 hours.
