With our team of chefs, you have the chance to get to know the most diverse culinary worlds in our seminar kitchen in Cologne.
Who is the cooking class - Rhenish Cuisine suitable for?
With your group of 8 to 12 people (smaller groups are also possible for the price of 8 people), you will learn, cook and, most importantly, try new dishes with professional guidance over a course of 4 hours!
What is included in the cooking class - Rhenish cuisine?
For our cooking class, we offer the following menus:
Rhenish cuisine
- Bergische potato and carrot cream soup with croutons and lemon sour cream
- Cologne grater cake with herring tip, salmon tartare, crab salad, beetroot and applesauce
- Rhenish sauerbraten with potato dumplings and apple compote
- Westphalian men's cream: Fine bourbon vanilla cream with chocolate & rum
When the weather is good, our large terrace and beautiful garden can also be used for your event.
