Pablo Pisano, the founder of the 1st Austrian Pizza School, contributes his extensive pizza knowledge. For over 10 years, he has been baking in Vienna's trendiest pizzeria, the “Pizza Volante” — known for its legendary disco ball and, of course, for the best pizzas in town!
