About this class
Let yourself be inspired by our curry experiment!
Have you ever created your own spice mix? You should try that out!
With this experience package, with 15 aromatic and unusual spices, you have the basic ingredients for your perfect curry or masala, as the Indian calls these spice mixtures, at hand. Each spice is an aroma experience in itself and when combined, these spices bring additional flavor explosions every time.
We offer you enjoyable hours with online support via a live video conference via “Zoom” with me, Ute Oehlen as your spice expert. In addition to lots of information, tips and suggestions about spices, here you also have the opportunity to ask questions and comments.
From culinary delights to taste explosions
The advantage is that you can get to know and enjoy our aromatic spices from the comfort of your own home on the sofa, at the kitchen table, at a desk, in the garden or on the beach. You are welcome to sit in front of the camera together with up to 6 interested people, which is then even more fun.
What you’ll do in the class
We will send the spice box with further tips and advice. In addition, you may have a glass of sparkling wine, beer or water, plus bread, vegetables, fruit, cheese, dips to really try the spices. You will receive the link to the Zoom meeting so you can start on time.
Who is the class suitable for?
The course is recommended for anyone who is interested in good spices. We appeal to every amateur chef, housewife/husband and professional chefs, for beginners and advanced chefs. You don't necessarily have to be good at cooking.
