About this class

Tender and crispy at the same time, as you can usually only get them in France. In this course, you will learn how to make croissants yourself.

Unfortunately, the date selection only shows the first date on May 3, 2025 in the calendar.

Further appointments can currently be booked on October 11, 2025, January 3, 2026 and March 21, 2026, starting at 4 p.m.

Please scroll through the calendar to book.

What you’ll do in the class

On the course date, we will meet via video conference and I will explain to you in detail how you can make delicious croissants. In doing so, you'll learn how to:

  • Make your own yeast dough
  • Tourize the dough (i.e. add layers of butter into the dough)
  • Divide and shape the toured dough into croissants
  • a delicious chocolate cream as a spread

Between each tour, we have a break for questions and tips.

Who is the class suitable for?

The course is suitable for anyone who is interested in baking and would like to do it from home. It doesn't matter whether you already have baking experience or would like to gain your first experience with me.

Details to remember

What to bring to the class

You get the ingredients and utensils on the shopping list. You should also weigh up all ingredients and prepare the utensils before the course.

What is included in the class?

At least one week before the course starts, you will receive an email with the recipe with detailed instructions, a shopping list for the ingredients and a list of all necessary kitchen appliances that we need. We then meet online and have a lot of fun baking. I will guide you through the course and give tips and tricks from a professional. Of course I would also be happy to answer any of your questions.

The most important utensils that we need in advance:

  • Food processor or hand mixer with dough hook - you can also knead by hand
  • oven with baking tray or rack and baking paper
  • Dough roll/rolling pin
  • Place in the fridge for the dough
  • optional rollout woods 5 mm (household goods store, online retailer)
  • Sufficient work area (min. 1 m)

The course is for everyone who would like to make something themselves, who would like to know exactly what is in their food, and for anyone who likes to bake. Everything is well explained and questions are answered very well.
