About this class
Who doesn't love them? Whether for breakfast, grilling, au gratin or cheese fondue. Baguette is delicious, versatile and enhances many dishes. Crispy on the outside, airy on the inside and delicious overall. But good things take a while until the baguettes are ready, it takes up to three days.
In this baking class, you will learn how to make delicious baguettes step by step. From dough to “stick cooking” with drawing and folding and shaping to baking, you'll learn everything. By the way: The baguettes can be made vegan or with a little butter in the dough.
You can also prepare a delicious salmon cream to go with the baguettes while resting the dough.

On the course date, we will meet via video conference and I will explain to you in detail how you can make delicious baguettes. In doing so, you'll learn how to:
This baking course is divided into three parts. The day before the first part of the workshop, you will make the starter dough yourself using the exact recipe. In the workshop, we will prepare the dough together on the first day. On the second day, we form the baguettes and bake them until crispy and golden brown.
