In the open ceramic workshop in Leipzig, you have the opportunity to work creatively with clay every Wednesday evening. Completely without a potter's wheel, construction technology creates personal objects — from bowls to vases to decorative objects. Whether you're gaining initial experience or honing your skills: The workshop offers space for free work, exchange and creative ideas. Ideal for anyone who wants to create with clay on a regular basis.
What you’ll do in the class
Our ceramic specialists Cordula & Theresa are available to answer any questions you may have and help with technical tricks and creative options in the piece and with the glazing, so that your idea becomes a reality.
Firing is done as needed - and when the oven can be filled with your works.
We calculate by weight: (100g = 1.00 euros)
Small object (up to 250 g) - e.g. bowl, cup, small candle holder, etc. - approx. 2.50 euros
Medium object (up to 500 g) - larger bowl, vase, etc. - approx. 5.00 euros
Large object (up to 1 kg) - very large vase, several plates, objects, etc. - approx. 10.00 euros
