What you’ll do in the class
In the construction process, we work without a potter's wheel. Cordula will assist you with questions, technical tricks and creative ideas.
- You are greeted by Cordula
- If you like, you can get free tea and coffee
- After an introduction, you start your work
- You shape your work piece and implement your idea
- Cordula is by your side and supports you every step of the way
- Depending on the size, your piece dries for about one to two weeks
- This is followed by the first fire, the scrubbing fire
- You will receive an email when your workpiece is finished firing
- Book a new appointment for glazing
- Drying is followed by the second firing, the glaze firing
- Then pick up your workpiece. At the end, we calculate the burning costs for both fires. Plan a total of around four weeks.
