What you’ll do in the class
Following your request, we will discuss your focus and needs topics. Each course is individually designed and is based on the current needs of the team. At the agreed meeting point, we start a mindfulness hike together. Along the way, we integrate mindful walking, breathing and perception exercises, a tea break, solo breaks and gentle Shinrin Yoku elements. This creates a protected space for deceleration, connection and lasting effects for everyday working life.
If you wish, we can then stop off at a mountain hut and round off the day together.
