What to expect at the clay plaster workshop in Brandenburg:
In this workshop, I will first show you how to make and process your own clay plaster.
We will mix the clay plaster ourselves and then also process a finished product.
You can apply your newfound knowledge to a tiny house, which we built in a workshop.
Who is the clay and lime plaster workshop in Berlin suitable for?
The workshop is suitable for anyone who is interested in working by hand and wants to learn how to reuse existing materials instead of generating new ones over and over again.
No previous experience is required. You should be physically fit enough to do manual work.
How does this activity work?
We will have a brief introduction to the topic of clay plaster and lime plaster and then come to practical implementation. The practical part involves mixing and finding out the right mixing ratio and after lunch we will apply the appropriate plaster. On day one, you will learn how to process your own clay plaster. On day 2, we will learn everything about lime plasters. We will also mix and process this ourselves.
