We are not a restaurant nor a cooking school.

With us, you can and do “not learn anything.” Maybe you'll discover interesting spices and be surprised by new smells and aromas.

What can you expect?

A lovingly created 4-course menu with selected drinks.

There are various topics available for gourmet evenings, such as:

Brazilian evening: Brazil — a country like a continent. The rhythm of South America is reflected on its colorful plate, as they say - European, African and Indian influences reflect the diversity of this large country. Brazilian cuisine is exactly the same.

Menu example:
- Fresh salad with palm hearts
- Cassava cream soup with jungle pepper
- Feijoada Brasileira (black bean stew)
- Sorvete de Goiaba (guava ice cream)

Between Africa and the Orient: Fragrant spices take you to the Orient and North Africa. Lamb, lentils, couscous, yoghurt and mint are just a small selection of these regions.

Menu example:
- oriental beluga lentil salad with ras el hanout
- Cassava cream soup with grains of paradise
- Doro Wot: Ethiopian chicken stew with Berbere spice mix
- pomegranate cream with cocoa nibs

Curry and its variations: A good curry depends on a balanced masala. Masala are various spice preparations not only used in Indian cuisine. Let yourself be seduced by it this evening.

It's a bit of fun to be surprised. It is always a matter of taste. For us, we still eat what is on the table. And it'll be delicious.

Just bring yourself in a good mood and enjoy a nice evening with friends.

We simply bring passion and joy.

What is included in the class?

A 4-course menu prepared with love.

Plus house drinks such as juice, beer, 1/4 l wine (red or white), mineral water.

But honestly, we don't offer “all-inclusive” until you drop, because we also want to offer you something “different” when it comes to drinks. Not every evening is always the same with us. Of course, there is also a cocktail, e.g. a fresh caipirinha, maybe a guarana, an exotic or a freshly prepared juice.

Sometimes we “only” have beer and sometimes one of our brewing specialties, brewed with spices according to our recipe. If you want, you can also take a look at the wine glass - here we work with small wineries and can promise that we will pour you very delicious wine.
