Curry pastes are available in many colors and countless variants. Everyone has a favorite and once you master the basic technique, the possibilities are endless. Together we prepare 4 curry pastes and various dishes from them.

How does this activity work?
In addition to background knowledge on Thai cuisine, commodity knowledge about Asian ingredients and sources of supply for food, Thai food culture will also be the subject of this cooking course.
In this cooking class, you will learn everything important about Thai curries from Thai chef Orawee Inkrungkao or Asian expert Clemens Drdla. They will introduce you to Thai curries and give you lots of tips and tricks.
