Roast your own coffee and then enjoy 5kg of your home-roasted coffee at home.

What you’ll do in the class

  • Introduction to coffee farming and roasting processes
  • Tasting different types of coffee (cupping)
  • Selection and composition of green coffee
  • Determining a roasting curve
  • Roasting approx. 8 kg of coffee in a drum roaster
  • Answering individual questions about coffee
  • Joint break with pizza for everyone
