- Introduction to coffee farming and roasting processes
- Tasting different types of coffee (cupping)
- Selection and composition of green coffee
- Determining a roasting curve
- Roasting approx. 8 kg of coffee in a drum roaster
- Answering individual questions about coffee
- Joint break with pizza for everyone
