About this class
When you enter my studio, you will be warmly welcomed and can choose between a cup of tea, Ethiopian coffee or a refreshing beer. While you make yourself comfortable, I will guide you through an artistic journey of discovery in this unique art workshop.
This workshop is designed to use the power of your intuition to create your own work of art. No previous artistic experience required — just bring your positive energy and I'll provide all the materials you need.
After a brief introduction to the concept of intuitive art and an overview of the workshop process, we start the creative process straight away. Spend the first 20 minutes drawing various spontaneous lines on your canvas with your eyes closed, guided by your intuition. The next step is to color the various shapes created by the intersecting lines. You have the freedom to mix colors as you like and to paint within the shapes, while I guide and support you through the entire process.
In the second part of the session, I will introduce you to various intuitive techniques for mixing colors, including rope techniques, mixing colors by breathing with a straw, and the dynamic paint splash technique. Don't hesitate to ask questions about the process.
At the end of the workshop, you will have created your own intuitive abstract painting and gained the confidence to express yourself spontaneously on canvas.

The workshop takes place in my studio, which is located in the heart of Berlin's rich multicultural and historic district. It is located on the first floor of the Arminius market hall.
What you’ll do in the class
After a brief introduction to intuitive art and the entire course of the workshop, we start the creative process straight away. The first part consists of 30 minutes, during which you draw various spontaneous lines on your canvas with your eyes closed and follow your intuition. The next part is about colouring the different spontaneous forms created by the intersecting lines. You can freely mix colors and paint within the shapes, while I guide and support you through the entire process. You can ask questions anytime.
At the end of the 2.5-hour session, you will have created a beautiful, mural-like abstract painting and have gained the confidence to express yourself intuitively on a canvas.
