About this class

Imagine that your body becomes alert and clear, the energy starts to flow again and you feel new vitality — not through pressure, but through targeted, conscious activation. In the sheltered atmosphere of the be yogi Campus, surrounded by peace and nature, a space is created in which you can treat your body with attention and trust.

What you’ll do in the class

In this hormone yoga special, we practice a dynamic yet mindfully guided sequence that has a targeted effect on the endocrine system. The practice combines selected asanas, intensive breathing techniques (pranayama) and energetic steering from Tibetan yoga to target hormone-producing glands such as pituitary, thyroid, adrenal glands, ovaries and testicles. The aim is to consciously direct energy, support natural hormone production and strengthen the body as a whole.

The event takes place in a small group and has a retreat character: a quiet, exclusive setting, proximity to nature, a protected space and time for individual advice and questions. The practice is powerful, clearly guided and at the same time supported by mindfulness and presence.

Who is the class suitable for?

If you feel that your hormonal balance is out of sync — whether due to stress, sleep problems, lack of energy or emotional fluctuations — this event can help you experience more stability and vitality again. Even if you want to do something preventatively for your well-being or are curious about how yoga can have a targeted effect on the hormonal system, you will find a well-founded, holistic approach here.

Hormone yoga is aimed at both women and men, especially from around the middle of 30. However, it is important that this practice is not suitable for everyone: The dynamic part of hormone yoga is not recommended for pregnancy, immediately after surgery, severe endometriosis, major fibroids, acute abdominal diseases, hormone-dependent cancers, acute psychological crises or comparable health restrictions. If you are unsure whether this practice is right for you, please clarify this with your attending physician in advance.

What to bring to the class

Wear comfortable yoga or gym clothes. If you want, you can bring your own mat, a towel, or something to drink. Otherwise, you will find everything you need for your practice at be yogi Campus.

At be yogi Campus & Retreat, everything is prepared for you: We provide you with all yoga tools such as mats, blocks, straps, blankets and meditation cushions. You can also expect a warm cup of tea and time for your questions or a brief exchange in a relaxed atmosphere. You can simply arrive and enjoy.
