Process of the spice tasting in Engelskirchen
We start with a glass of sparkling wine, then add bread, dip, vegetables, fruit and cheese to try. This allows you to intensively enjoy the variety of aromas. There is background information and stories about the various spices. We present many different types of pepper and salt and many other exotic spices, solo and mixed spices. The focus here is on pepper. But we are also happy to share our knowledge about other spices. All spices are available in our tester.
