Dive into the world of artisanal bread baking! In this baking class in Albaching, you will learn the art of making sourdough — completely without yeast. Flour, water and salt make an aromatic, easily digestible bread that you can refine with spices and seeds.

Under the guidance of an experienced master baker, you will learn how to care for sourdough, form dough correctly and bake bread perfectly in an electric or wood oven. Of course, we will also show you alternative approaches to bake great bread as a result.
