Discover the world of dim sum in this unique cooking class in Hanover! You'll learn how to make various dumplings from Asia and Europe yourself — from fluffy baozi to juicy gyoza to sweet mochi. Under professional guidance, you will fold, fill and cook a total of five different types of dim sum. The course not only offers you lots of practice, but also enjoyment in good company. All drinks are included, as is a digital recipe folder that you can take home. A culinary experience that inspires you!
What you’ll do in the class
- Welcome to Küchenstudio Kvik Hannover Mitte
- Introduction to the world of dim sum and dough types
- Preparation of five international dim sum variants:
- Baozi with pork belly (Chinese)
- Culurgiones with duck (Sardinian)
- Gyoza with prawns (Japanese)
- Pierogi with cheese/potatoes (Polish)
- Mochi with sweet fillings (Japanese)
- Preparation of suitable dips and side dishes
- Enjoying homemade dim sum together
- Exchange and end in a cozy atmosphere
