About this class
In the dim sum cooking class at cookingberlin, you will discover the variety of small Asian delicacies that are considered “heartfelt delights” in China. Dim sum comes from Cantonese cuisine and is part of a century-old tea house culture, where small bites are served with tea. Together, you will prepare steamed wontans, spring rolls, pearl balls and satay skewers — complemented by fresh dips and vegetable dishes. You will learn the techniques of folding, wrapping and steaming. An authentic experience for anyone who loves Asian flavors. Drinks, aprons and recipes are included.

- Preparation of wontans, rolls, skewers & dips
