Class description

In this 7-hour course in Vienna, you'll learn how to make your own delicious chocolates and sweets. From making nougat and marzipan to tempering chocolate and candied citrus fruits, you'll learn all the important techniques to create true masterpieces. For everyone who likes to do “everything” themselves and therefore has an overview.:)

At the end of the course, you can take home your homemade creations (approx. 50 pieces worth 65€). Look forward to a day full of sweet inspiration and delicious results!


Please bring the following to the course:

  • Small midday snack — if you want
  • 1 small towel
  • 2 tea towels
  • Apron or work coat or clothing that may get dirty
  • If you have long hair, please use a headband
  • Flat boxes to transport the chocolates
  • On particularly warm days, possibly cold packs
  • Jacket due to low room temperature
