In the “No Matter What” online course, you will find inner peace and mental clarity with physical and breathing exercises. Together, you write down your goals, develop strengthening beliefs and design your personal success card. Through visualizations and tools suitable for everyday use, you'll learn to pursue your vision with ease and focus. Take a break, strengthen your mental strength and find out what really drives you.

What you’ll do in the class

At the beginning, the body is activated and thus the mind is relaxed. In this state, we write down our goals and find reinforcing beliefs.

In order to achieve my goal... I take it every day... and recognize this step.

What to bring to the class

A notepad or cell phone, something can be written on. As well as a piece of paper, a blank business card/index card that can be labeled to create a winning card.

What is included in the class?

A ritual involving the moon. A start or further development of a winner/success card that accompanies you and constantly serves you on the possible next steps to develop your own goals. Power from the group that is just about to go out.
