In this cooking class, you will deepen your knowledge and learn a lot about sourdough.
Do you already have some experience baking bread or have you attended the “Baking bread for beginners” course? Then this course is just right for you. In this cooking class, you will deepen your knowledge of bread baking. In a small group of up to 12 people, we will grind rolls, knead bread dough, examine, process and bake bread. Baking with sourdough is of course also in the foreground. Everything that is important is explained to you in detail and comprehensible. From making sourdough to feeding, baking and caring for. Of course, you will also get fresh sourdough home and will be able to bake a delicious farmer's crust or grain crust right away.
