Class description

This workshop is about the healthy and easy introduction of porridge to the table meal for your child. 

 

What is the process?

We discuss the rough “porridge schedule”, when should which porridge be fed and new foods offered, as well as how to influence allergies and intolerances and what to consider when following a vegetarian or vegan diet.

Whether cooked by yourself or “glasses” is not just a question of taste, because there are a few things to consider when buying industrially produced food!

In the practical part, we bake for small baby fists and taste what the market has to offer. Of course, there are also practical tips for cooking, preparing and storing yourself.

 

Who is the course for?

The course is aimed at all parents who are interested in feeding their children and want to make their introduction to porridge foods as healthy and easy as possible.

 

The little ones are welcome to be brought to the workshop:)
