About this class
Spring is the perfect time to take a deep breath, let go and realign yourself. In our Breathwork Session in Berlin, we work with consciously connected breathing, a powerful breathing technique in which inhaling and exhaling flow. This form of breathwork brings you out of your head back into your body and helps you to reduce stress, release inner restlessness and find more clarity again.
Many participants experience conscious combined breathing as very healing for body, mind and soul: Breath can calm the nervous system, deepen body awareness and gently set emotional tension in motion. This creates space for regeneration and often also for new decisions, more ease and a real connection with yourself.
What is consciously connected breathing?
With consciously connected breathing, you breathe in a steady rhythm, consciously, guided and without breaks. As a result, the body can find its way out of “continuous functioning” and enter a state in which relief, integration and internal order are easier. You don't have to do anything: You follow your breath and let yourself be carried away by it.
Depending on the form of the day, Breathwork can have a very different effect, for example by:
- deep relaxation and inner space
- more clarity, grounding and new energy
- relieving tension in the body
- emotional discharge (tears, warmth, tingling — anything is allowed)
- The feeling of coming back to you
We then take time to investigate and briefly integrate. If you want, there's room to share — mindfully, value-free, and at your own pace.
Small groups — kept consciously
Our Breathwork Sessions in Berlin deliberately only take place in small groups. In this way, we can keep the room optimal, provide individual support and create an atmosphere in which mindfulness and connection can really be felt.
Spring theme: Letting go & flourish
This session is an invitation to breathe out the old and create space: for lightness, new impulses and a clear view of the future. Completely without pressure — but with depth, mindfulness and genuine connection.
What you’ll do in the class
We start in a small group with a calm arrival, a short introduction and a gentle introduction to the body. Afterwards, we dive into a guided breathing journey, accompanied by music and clear instructions. You lie comfortably and can safely enjoy your experience in a protected setting.
The Breathwork sessions deliberately only take place in small groups so that we keep the room mindful and can accompany you individually.
