What is the process?
Would you like to brew your own beer? Learn how beer production works in our course and brew your first own beer. In the course, you will actively carry out the entire beer brewing process step by step, together with your course instructor, from heating the mash to filling it into the cooking container. After a maturing period of approx. 5 weeks, you can then pick up your beer (6 bottles per person) from us. A hearty snack rounds off your beer brewing course.
- Presentation and information about the various processes of beer production
- Presentation of various options for implementing a home brewing system
- Carrying out the brewing process through to bottling into the fermentation barrel
- Receipt of 6 bottles (p.p.) of home-brewed beer after a storage period of approx. 5 weeks
What is included?
All ingredients and utensils that are needed are provided. You will also receive a welcome aperitif, a cooking apron and a digestif.

What to bring to the class
Lots of good humor and desire to brew your own beer. You should also bring appropriate clothing for the weather, as parts of the course will take place outside.
