Whether it's a Mediterranean barbecue, hearty American classics or your own creative creations — here you'll learn how to create perfect dishes from the Napoleon grill. Under the guidance of Peter Schlegl or his team, you will prepare delicious dishes.
Perfect for team events, private parties, or simply to take your grilling skills to the next level.
In advance, you can choose from three menus:
Mediterranean BBQ evening
- Scampi in herb garlic oil
- Squid various herbs
- Colourful grilled vegetables
- Summer salads with roasted bread

Ran an den Rust
- Flammed salmon lemon
- Premium beef brisket
- Upper Palatinate straw pig fillet skewers
- Melon and feta salad
- Cucumber Avocado Salsa
- Cheddar potatoes
American Surf n Turf
- Spare ribs made from the breast tip with homemade BBQ sauce colorful wedges pulled salmon
- Pulled pork
- Shredded scampi pulp mix.
- Everything served on a brioche bun

How does this activity work?
- Welcome with a drink and presentation of the menu.
- Introduction to the Napoleon grill and the various cooking methods.
- Preparation of the selected dishes (Mediterranean, American Surf 'n' Turf or “Ran an den Rost”).
- Enjoying homemade food together.
- Final exchange and tips for home.
