Whether it's a Mediterranean barbecue, hearty American classics or your own creative creations — here you'll learn how to create perfect dishes from the Napoleon grill. Under the guidance of Peter Schlegl or his team, you will prepare delicious dishes.

Mediterranean BBQ evening

  • Scampi in herb garlic oil
  • Squid various herbs
  • Colourful grilled vegetables
  • Summer salads with roasted bread

Ran an den Rust

  • Flammed salmon lemon
  • Premium beef brisket
  • Upper Palatinate straw pig fillet skewers
  • Melon and feta salad
  • Cucumber Avocado Salsa

American Surf n Turf

  • Spare ribs made from the breast tip with homemade BBQ sauce colorful wedges pulled salmon
  • Pulled pork

  • Introduction to the Napoleon grill and the various cooking methods.

  • Final exchange and tips for home.
