In this three-hour intensive workshop, you will reveal the secret. Together with a professional barista from RÖN Kaffee, you work directly on the portafilter machine — and finally understand why grinding, tamping and extraction make the difference.

What you’ll do in the class
The workshop starts with a tasting session that sharpens your sensory skills. You'll learn to recognize a perfect extraction — by taste, not just by the stopwatch.
Then it's time to get straight to the nitty-gritty: You adjust the grind, tamp correctly, draw several shots and correct errors in real time. We will then show you how to make creamy microfoam — for cappuccino, flat white and latte macchiato at café level.
Finally, you'll learn how to care for your machine so that it delivers this quality to you over the long term.
