In this baking class in St. Pölten, you will learn how to make delicious and healthy bread and pastries with various seeds and whole grain flours.
Under the guidance of a certified bread sommelier, you will receive valuable tips on how to process cooked, brewed and spring pieces to produce particularly juicy doughs. At the end of the course, you will not only take home your homemade bread, but also extensive knowledge of the benefits of the various seeds and types of flour.

- Juicy whole grain bread with whole flours and various seeds
- Multi-grain pastry with a pleasant fresh crust and fluffy crumb

- Preparation of juicy doughs with the addition of seeds (e.g. linseed, sesame)
- Knowledge about different seeds and their nutritional benefits
- Sensory tasting of baked multigrain pastry and whole grain bread
- Get to know different types of small pastries (Kranz, Saatenspitz)
- Use of cooking, broth & spring pieces and their benefits in batter
- Using and understanding the benefits of wholemeal flour
- Baking with whole flours and seeds
