Class description

In our exclusive baking course in Böheimkirchen, you will learn the art of traditional French baked goods. Under the guidance of our experienced bread sommelier Paul, you will dive deep into the world of baking and receive valuable tips on how to make delicately slivered butter croissants and fluffy, juicy brioche doughs. Discover the tourist technique for perfect croissants and learn various braiding techniques for striezel, sugar croissants and buttons.

During the course, you will not only understand the ingredients and their effects on the baking result, but you will also enjoy the sensory tasting of your freshly baked masterpieces. This course gives you an ideal opportunity to expand your knowledge of sweet yeast doughs and get inspired by an expert.

 

What are we going to bake?

  • Aromatic brioche dough (yeast dough) with a fluffy, juicy crumb, which is used to bake sugar croissants, striezel and buttons, among other things
