Class description
Under the guidance of our experienced master baker, miller and bread sommelier Paul, you will receive valuable tips and tricks for baking delicious breads with a crisp crust and juicy crumb. Together, we make doughs with various seeds, such as linseed and sesame, and explore their nutritional benefits. You will learn how to use whole grain flours and dough correctly and learn everything about using cooking, brewing and swelling pieces to achieve the perfect texture and taste.
In addition to making juicy whole grain bread and multigrain pastries, we will also prepare various types of small pastries, such as wreaths and spiced seeds. Of course, a sensory tasting session is a must, during which you can enjoy your freshly baked pastries.
