About this class

I cordially invite you to an Ayurveda workshop series that accompanies you through the seasons. Four times a year — in spring, summer, autumn and winter — we explore together how nature shapes us and how we can connect with its rhythms. The four dates can be booked independently of each other, but it gives a big picture when you visit them all.

✨ Ayurveda, the millennia-old sister of yoga, shows us that we live in balance when we consciously perceive the qualities of the seasons. In our workshop, you will learn in a short introduction what the three doshas — Vata, Pitta and Kapha — are all about. You don't need any previous Ayurveda knowledge, just be curious. Together, we discover which energies determine the coming season, how they affect us and why we humans react so differently to them.

I am looking forward to accompanying you on this journey through the seasons — towards more health, ease and joy in everyday life — towards HAPPINESS.

What you’ll do in the class

✨ I give you ideas on how you can mindfully adjust diet, exercise, daily routines and also your leisure activities — inspired by Ayurveda, combined with modern (nutritional) scientific findings. It's not about strict rules, but about invitations: small ideas that you simply try out and integrate into your life in a way that feels right for you.

✨ Special Guest: I have also invited my mother Ulla to expand our workshop with a suitable mindfulness exercise, which you can also repeat at home.

✨ We're a small group, so there's room for your questions and personal observations. I am happy to respond individually. And so that the palate is also happy, small snacks and drinks await you.

Who is the class suitable for?

For anyone who wants to make their diet more relaxed, enjoyable and intuitive — whether new to Ayurveda or with previous experience. Ideal if conflicting tips unsettle you, strengthen your body awareness or want to find routines that really suit your life. You don't need any previous knowledge; it's enough to be open and try things out curiously.
