This event is ideal for people who want to gain insights into the way of thinking and
possibilities of Ayurveda. The following topics are covered:
- You get to know your Ayurvedic constitution and can better assess what is good for you and
what isn't - During a dosha test, you find out which of the five elements dominate you
- You will receive nutrition and health tips and learn what you
can do to (re) live a fulfilling life - You will learn which diet and lifestyle best suits your individual
constitution and what you should be more careful about - You will receive type-appropriate tips for Ayurvedic health prophylaxis
