- 09:30: Welcome & introduction
- 10:00 a.m.: Module “Be suspended! “—Orientation under pressure.
- 12:00: Lunch break — picnic (not included)
- 13:00: Election workshop:

- Team Tasks module — Communication, Creativity, Responsibility

- 16:00: Reflection & transfer into everyday life
