Then let me show you how to easily learn to meditate and stick to it.
Very quickly, you will feel how relaxing and calming it has on the entire body when your mind spinning goes to rest.

How does this activity work?
Course content:
In a small group (maximum 10 participants on site)
> find out which is the best sitting position for you
> try out different types of meditation > learn what you do with disturbing thoughts
> do you approach meditation in small steps
> are you guaranteed initial experiences of success (e.g. inner peace)

Opportunities to integrate meditation into your everyday life
> can you ask all your questions and get answers
> gradually develop your own personal meditation practice that suits you
and which you can continue independently even after the course.
In a trusting atmosphere, we work in a small group (maximum 10 participants on site) week after week to get to grips with your personal meditation practice that suits you and your life.
You will learn some theoretical background, but the focus will be on trying out and experiencing for yourself.

Who should definitely take part?
For everyone between 20 and 90 who wants to learn how meditation works for them too, who wants to calm down and develop more serenity with what life has to offer us.
Important: As a preventive measure, the course is aimed at healthy participants and contains instructions for relaxation. If you have psychological or physical symptoms that require treatment, please clarify your participation with your doctor beforehand (this includes epilepsy, depression, asthma, COPD, heart failure). By registering, you confirm your physical and mental health and release the provider from any claims for compensation in this regard.
