This creates space for lightness, clarity and self-confidence — at your pace, in your breathing rhythm, in your being.
What you’ll do in the class
After a short arrival, you will be mindfully guided through the process — with a moment of peace and gentle impulses that help you to let go of everyday life.
Then you can let yourself be carried away by color and movement, at your own pace.
It is not about exchange or performance, but about experiencing and feeling in the moment.
Finally, we let the results come to an end in peace — what has been shown can have an effect and sit down.
