What you’ll do in the class

How does the course work?
The kickoff for the course is this online meeting, where you can learn more about the course and self-love. The subsequent 30-day self-love challenge is included in the price.

Every day, you will receive a self-love challenge via a digital channel of your choice (WhatsApp, Telegram or email). It always consists of three parts: theory, practice and reflection. You will receive an inspiring theoretical impulse with in-depth knowledge, practical exercises for direct application and targeted reflection questions that bring you into contact with yourself. You do the implementation at your own pace at home. If you want, you can share your experiences with your accountability partner and receive appreciative, personal feedback upon request.

You provide brief feedback every day via text message as to whether you've done the exercise. If you forget it or don't let anyone hear from you, you'll simply receive a friendly reminder. What you share with your accountability partner is up to you.
