How does this experience take place?

The retreat is focused on strengthening and promoting you as a person in all your facets. All areas of life that are important for a fulfilled and conscious life are addressed and practiced in a targeted manner.

09:00 — 10:00 Arrival & presentation

  • 09:00 — 09:30: Arrive
  • 09:30 — 10:00: Welcome, round of introductions and introduction to the daily schedule

10:00 — 12:30 Exercises on Autonomy & Being

The following exercises are carried out for autonomy for more self-awareness & reflection:

Exercises to be and create a calm framework that promotes mindfulness and inner peace:

  • “Letting go” of worries and obligations
  • Reducing stress through relaxing exercises
  • Creating inner balance and acceptance

Vision & Vocation Exercises for Clarity and Inspiration:

  • Find clarity about your own needs and wishes.
  • Strengths & Talent Analysis Exercises
  • Find your “why” in life
  • Reflection bottleneck — Where am I stuck?

Growth & spirituality exercises to create inner balance and acceptance:

  • Value cards: Discover your personal values and find common ground with others.
  • Find clarity about your own needs and wishes.
  • Journaling: reflection questions such as “What do I need right now? ” or “Which values would I like to anchor more in my life? ”
  • Emotional reflection: Identify a positive and a negative emotion and reflect on what they tell you about yourself.
  • Guided meditation: “Travel to yourself” — Discover your inner resources in a guided meditation surrounded by greenery.

13:30 — 14:30 Hiking in the Taunus including mindfulness exercises

  • Stress relief: mindful nature hike with a focus on the senses and a letting go ritual
  • Breathing exercises: Deep breathing in the midst of nature for stress management
  • Mindful movement: Meditation by walking slowly in nature, where you focus entirely on your senses.
  • Ritual of letting go: Exercises such as symbolically abandoning worries or letting negative thoughts fly in the wind.
